I've always instinctively closed the gap and gone on the offensive or covered up (usually by raising my left elbow since most people are right handed), gotten closer and tried to get in an elbow or go for an eye gouge, but I never really thought about it or tried to out it into words.

Nah, its a video of a dude and his girl walking by, assailant one does a weird spinning backhand thing and pops the girl in the face, immediately followed by the boyfriend beating the piss out of both assailants, simultaneously, like a damn boss.

Yeah, it's about the silliest little closed hand backhand slap to the girls mouth, definitely nothing that would knock somebody out. As shiddy said, he just jacks both them up like nothing.
I'm pretty sure the conversation leading to this video for these two chumps must have went like this:
"Hey, Peeeeeeerp Oooone, wuzzup mayn!"
"Oh you know, chillin, socially degenerating. Sup witchu Perp Numero Two?"
"Being bored, I haven't done anything really stupid today, running out of good ideas. My stupidity has been really uninspired lately"
"Well I heard of this game called 'Knockout,' you just basically hang out at the park and punch randoms in the face, then you tape it and laugh later."
"Oh, wow that sounds coo as hell! I bet we'll get some laughs for later and smash that stupid quota! Such inspiration!"
"Well lezzgo to the park, I got that GoPro I stole out that car, I'll set it up in a tree and go first so you know how to do it right!"
"I thought you said you heard of it, you ever play it?"

Strong Google-Fu on your part. The one I saw was shorter, starts right when the couple walks up and ends right when they leave. Didn't realize that they had some third moron sitting in a tree. You'd think (and to the benefit of the lady) that with that much prep work they would do better than just a backhand slap to the face. Closed hand or no, that was about the saddest blow a grown man has ever thrown.
Now that I see the little wrestling/scuffle/whatever these guys were having when the couple was walking up I have to wonder why they walked so close. If I was walking up and saw two morons doing that crap on the path I would both switch sides with the lady to put myself closer and walk in the grass some. I'm not trying to be that close to anybody, especially two guys doing whatever it is they were doing.

What really bothers me about all this is the media's failure to report it since it doesn't fit their narrative.
Since the 80s media bias has been increasing steadily. It's no longer reporting from a non-bias view, it's more like cheer leading for what they believe.
Has anyone seen the HBO show "Newsroom". They preach that media should be neutral in reporting facts, but since it's a TV show all they do is bash the conservative groups and conservative groups. They give it the feeling of "news" but it's blatantly propaganda of the writers and actors. BLEH!

Personally I don't think that it was planned, just think that two guys were drunk or whatever, the one guy was playing the tough guy with his friend and he got irritated at the couple walking so close during it. Also wasn't in the US. Germany maybe? I think that's what they're speaking when the camera loses sight of them and those two guys look Turkish. Seemed like the one guy was threatening the other about something. I don't know why the couple walked so close. Maybe the boxer didn't want to show any trepidation about walking so close as maybe his lady might lose respect for him. I dunno. It's not about that though, it's just so she doesn't get hurt. ------- Yeah, I hear you Nameless. Not even any attempt at being unbiased anymore. |
