Sorry no update. Not really.
Fam went all the way to the Cumberland Gap area for the weekend. Stayed in a cabin this time. Walked the hills as much as my knee could stand, and then some. Goofed up storing my waypoints in the GPS, but best guess is 9 miles over 3 days. And almost none of it on level ground.
I ate like a person on vacation. Oh well.
Weighed in this morning. Down 3 pounds.

End of week update. Been working a lot, but have been getting in my walks every morning. Still avoiding food out of a window pretty well. Knee is still hurting more than it should by this point, gotta set up an appt and see what is up. 15% of this kind of surgery fails to fix the problem, 5% can actually make it worse. Any wagers on what percentile I fell into?
Averaging 1300 calories a day, not counting last weekend on vacation.

Well, huh. Monday morning weigh in, didn't drop any at all. That's slightly odd, since I have actually started pushing a little harder on my walk each day.
Meh, it happens. Try harder this week. I'm not competing in The Biggest Loser after all.

Oh, yea. Havent lost any more weight, doctors and medical tests are ongoing. Something just ain't right, so yea.
Getting old sucks.
