I've heard all kinds of scenarios, but imo the most likely will be a special council for some case for an email server.
But yes, I've heard a wide range even a SCOTUS position (which is a bit far fetched imo).
Here's a list:
- Special Council
- Deputy AG (When Rod goes)
- Deputy AG (When Rod goes) -> AG when Sessions goes to SCOTUS
- FBI #2 since there is an opening now due to McCabe going bye bye
