My wife just scarfed down a whole fresh ghost pepper from "Wicked Tickle" , their Bhutg Whole Ghost Chili, and she said it was "yummy"...didn't even ask for water, plans on trying 4 of them to make her SomTom <green papaya salad> tomorrow.
Where do I take my crazy bride to make stacks of cash off of her fireproof taste buds?

I know many local resturants have spicy challenges... You still up north? ok after the shakes?

Glad to see someone else on the board...seems like it's been a ghost town lately.

We're here.... lurking.
Honestly, I joined a Land Cruiser group here in town. Been talking with them about stuff for the FJ. If SCBrian goes to the Mt. P. Xmas Parade, he might even get to see me in person since our group is in the parade.
BTW, I make mead out of hot peppers. The hottest was ghost peppers, but I recently got my hands on some Carolina Reapers. Drinking ghost pepper mead is about as hot as a red habanero. Your Mrs. would laugh at it. The reason so much heat is diluted is I only use 2 peppers for a 1 gallon batch. I'm sure I could crank it up if I wanted to, but most of my friends are not chili heads. I already had a few swear off any of my pepper meads.
Also, Tampa is only a 7 hour drive from here... just sayin'
