It's one thing to show up at a rally with a long gun as a symbol, wise or unwise as it may be to do so. It's another thing to show up with a long gun, plate carriers, and a full load out of spare mags while wearing face masks. linkThese folks seem to be leaning past "carrying to make a point" onto "carrying to imply imminent violence". Coupled with the Leftist protests using the muscle of AntiFas and the unprovoked violence they commit, how long until we see them start shooting into a crowd of (mostly) unarmed Alt-Right supporters, and them changing "It's okay to punch a Nazi" to "It's okay to shoot a Nazi"? What happens when LE is unable to catch and prosecute such a perpetrator due to his/her hoodie and masked face disappearing into a rioting crowd of hundreds? And what happens when the Right starts to shoot back? I'm wondering if we're creeping right onto the edge of an Argentina style "Dirty War". |

Those really should read as #CommitPremeditatedAssault and #CommitAttemptedMurder, and the people writing those twits* and re-twitting them should get charged with conspiracy charges as well as being charged as accomplices to any assaults/attempted murders committed by anyone who has received one of those twits. *spelling intentional. |

When I heard "Brown Berets" I though of Firefly and the "Brown Coats". And as we saw in CA, the Antifa were the ones pepper spraying the trump rally, then got their asses run off.

There's a big thread on this on Arfcom. It's certainly very concerning.
In most of their cases their body language and gear layout tells me they aren't trained but somebody is orchestrating and funding this.
I think if the left peels back the thin veneer of civility they aren't going to like what they find. Until then the right will continue to take it laying down until things get really hairy and there's no other choice. Even with Trump at the helm conservatives are the constant butt of jokes and disparaging comments in the media.
It is relentless and intentional and a significant portion of the population has taken it hook line and sinker

Word is that a lot of these guys are carrying airsoft. Honestly, I think it is a group of complete noobs, being tossed out as cannon fodder by those higher up in the alt-left foodchain. Nothing like sending a bunch of overweight 20 somethings with a lib arts degree out into the street with an airsoft rifle (cant tell that til AFTER THE FACT, amirite), a 20 minute gear familiarization, and capture high def video of them punched full of holes by an overzealous militia guy with an evil AR pattern rifle for everyone to see...
... lets see, who would benefit, and who would lose, from such an action? Especially if it happened in, say, a slightly right leaning state?

I would have the utmost confidence facing these Bernie-losers head-on with merely a derringer. And yes, the whole concept is attempting to provoke a gun-fight. There's an old technique of agit-prop where you get your protesters lined up and lightly armed, and then (without anyone else on the protesters side knowing), you slip in at the back of the crowd and fire a shot at the police then slip away as innocuously as possible as the police return fire killing and wounding many of the protesters. You're nowhere to be found, you took care not to be noticed when you slipped into the crowd, and now the narrative is that the police shot unprovoked into the crowd. Also, any gun battle between the snowflakes and anyone else will be spun as a justification for gun control measures and as window dressing to claim the right has gone full brown shirt. What really needs to happen is for cleverer folks than I to start doxing the snowflakes. |
