Anyone here know anything about yoga? Looks like it might do a good job at helping me regain some flexibility.... I'm feeling old, stiff, and my back doesn't like me very much anymore, ?

Yoga = good stuff. Do you have a studio anywhere near you? Try to find a good beginners class, the places around here let you pay as you go or pay for a chunk of time or specific number of classes. Our local YMCA and for-profit gyms usually have yoga classes or variations of them as well.
Concur that old and stiff is not a good feeling, and I guarantee that yoga will help with that. Start off slow, because you will NOT be able to contort yourself into a pretzel like the skinny old dude who has been going for years or the barely out of her teens girl who you will be staring at the whole time. Also, it will take quite a bit of time to get the stretches down and get better at them. It's an exercise session, after all, and improving at exercises takes awhile if you're starting from scratch.
I tried 'hot yoga' before, and it was so miserable and made me so sick to my stomach I never went to more than 2 classes. My friends who stuck with it through the initial suck really like it, though.

There's a yoga place like one door down from the gym where I go. I've been looking at that door 3-4 times a week for the last year, every morning I'm going in to pick things up and put them down a whole class of every age you can think of is heading back to their vehicles. I really, really want to give it a go but I can't work it in with my existing schedule of training - I might be able to if I went prior to lifting, but then I'd be down to like 4hrs of sleep a day and that just doesn't work.
Sooner or later I'll push something around so I can hop in at least once, and then if I like it I'll make more time for it.
The Hosp offers evening classes, but I've got to get home for the kiddos, and it's just not the same as the studio place by the gym.
If you can do it, do it - and pass the beta along here brother!

The MWR on base offers classes, but I'm at work during those times. There are classes here on the economy, but I'm at work during those times as well. If my wife were here I'd ask her to get me started. She's self taught, but pretty good at it from what I can see.
