This may fall under 'fitness', if so, move it on down the road, GBM...
We've got a well-worn heavy bag at my station, and it's not unusual to throw a little boxing into our workouts. I'm not very creative, it's usually things like 15 second repeats of jabs or other combinations, or tabatta intervals using different hands, etc.
Anybody who dabbles in such things got a go-to bag workout that I can use for some variety?

Let me try to find some good vids. It'd take a billion words to explain. Yeah, I started to try and even using the speaker app it was a monumental task. Was going to try to find a video or cut and paste a routine similar to what I used to do and got sidetracked.
