Question for all you constitutional attorneys here ... If Cruz wins the general election, I am sure his citizenship will be taken to court at 8am on wednesday nov 9. And could get tied up in the courts for a long long time. In this scenario, who sits in the oval office as it gets sorted out? Vice President, as the President is unable to perform his duties. The previous President's term of office has a definite expiration date, it isn't "until a successor is in office". That's what I was thinking, but then realized that they wouldn't inaugurate him unless they thought he was eligible. Can't have him take the oath, then hand the reins to the #2. just would be too messy. This will get interesting if he moves ahead in the early primaries.

Today from Noon - 1:30 College has a link to listen to a webinar: meeting.psu.edu/r84fsnqdn5f Topic: "The European Union Response to Terrorism" Is the answer, "Shit themselves and panic!"? Defecation would require a modicum of intestinal fortitude. Voiding of the bladder is far more likely.

Mostly about the legal structure and what agency does what within the EU. The mic was a bit away from the person is my guess since there were volume issues so I was mostly reading the powerpoint slides.

Damn.....just saw that Justice Antonin Scalia died. I guess this means that Barry will get to replace one of the conservative judges on the Supreme Court with one of his flavor.

Not to fear! Since the republicans control the Senate, they can hold the approval of any new justice til after the election! Right? Right??
