So can someone define "other 'reasonable' stops"? Who makes that justification? The LEO? Shit I know half of the LEOs in Philly area don't even know it's an open carry area. They can't even get the laws right but are now allowed to interpret laws for themselves?
Sorry Doc if this gets you riled up. I just don't think a LEO should be allowed to use their own judgement in interpreting this law.
