I recently needed to change out a bunch of parts in my G23. I used www.RockYourGlock.com . In addition to having an awesome name, they had the parts I wanted at the lowest price I could find. I sorta thought it would be less than $160 for an upper and lower parts kit. When you factor in mags and spare parts AR's are cheaper than Glocks now. One minor hiccup is that they sent me a 4th gen locking block in a 3rd gen parts kit. No big deal really. I sent them an email about the problem. I will let you know how their customer service is.

Midwest Gun Works has a decent stock of parts for certain firearms. www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwiI've only ordered from them once, but I got all kinds of spare parts for the old FNP-45 Tactical. Their service was as quick as most places. The only thing I noticed is that sometimes an out-of-stock item will show to be "in stock", until you put it in your basket.......But the good thing is their e-mail notifications for when an item is back in stock works.

They probably update their database view for showing the main page either nightly or weekly. That way they can make the view have a smaller data set and increase speed for their main webpage search. Then when you add it to your cart, it does a query on the real time data to check inventory. There are companies which don't check the real time data until they try to ship (which sucks imo) and you end up getting an email saying it's backordered (which sucks more). I'd use them based upon them doing the check during the "add to cart" function. What they could do is use a caching solution with a smaller "time to live" or add functionality to update the view when someone checks out and remove the item from their listed stock. Sorry, I'm a geek.

Old/odd parts I've always had good luck with Numrich or Sarco.
Springs I always get from Wolff.
I really don't accessories much, so - yeah.
