Reinforced Sleeve. Internal pocket or external if you flipz it. Waist draw sting. Snug Pak Sleeka Jacket I do believe this is love. It's like wearing a 20 degree sleeping bag but not having to hop around to get anywhere. I bought an XL with the intention of layering underneath. I'm glad I did because it fits me a little big but not bad. The shoulders are just right but the neck will not zip up on my 19.5" neck. I'm 5'11" and weight 215. I'm destine to wear scarfs. It does come with a small stuff sack and compresses down to a 6" x 8" sack. The best part to me is the length. It does go down past my waist which fights the wind blowing up my jacket, stealin' my heats. The jacket is reversible with a Olive green side that has reinforced shoulders and elbows all the way down to the sleeves. The tan side does not have any reinforcing. The two pockets are huge and the jacket lacks a hood but does have a pull so you can tighten the neck. The tan side also has an internal breast pocket that is massive. And a Golden Lion Monkey cause he cool. ETA: Damn you editing on my phone.

Nice! I love snugpak's clothing and don't see it enough on the forums. I have a vapor "soft-shell" that is amazing, just a glorified windshirt with TS1 lining. I also have one of their Softie "shirts" that is waaaay too warm for the South. Functional and no-frills gear. If I lived somewhere colder, I'd totally rock the Snugnut.

GM - didn't you see that option like a while ago? I know the first time I linked a pic in this forum I was like - WHA? I can dynamically resize linked photos? This ROCKS! Hands down one of the cooler options in this forum format.
I like the looks of that insulation piece. Most of the time the weather gets cold enough that I need a layer like that up here I just go with my down layer or a down vest, but I've been looking for a no-nonsense synthetic option for those weird half seasons we get where it's stupid humid/wet and cold. I'm going to check out those Softie shirt series, maybe they've got an anorak style with a hood that I can smoosh down and leave in a pack for an emergency layer.
