New BCM 11.5" I've been talking about. Really, really digging it. Has several advantages over an SBR, IMO. Rattle can paint job on my PSA. Has a 5 round ASC magazine for hunting compliance. PA micro, BAD lever, coyote VCAS, BCM gunfighter med. latch. Took pics of the guts of the 5rd mag, I'll post em if anyone is interested. They have a strange spring.

My CCW set up. Sig 229R E2 with SRT in 9mm, 15rd flush magazine with 17 round backup Mec Gar. Load at the moment is 9BPLE. TLR-1HL with CRKT cruiser. Carried AIWB in an Armordillo XFER.

So far so good. Ran maybe 50 rounds through including steel case, no malfs. Follower appears to be anti tilt, though not sure that's needed in a straight body mag. The spring appears to be like that to block the 10rd body to 5. In reality it only holds 4 rounds. Seats on a closed bolt and drops free in all my lowers. Good mag for $12. I trust it for hunting, for sure.

New toy, Heritage Rough Rider .22lr. I may order the .22 magnum cylinder down the line.

New toy, Heritage Rough Rider .22lr. I may order the .22 magnum cylinder down the line. I've been seriously considering one of these for a while. Throw me a quick 10 line range report when you get a chance homer.

Willdo, I won't be able to take it out to shoot for a week or so, I am not blowing you off if I dont have a range report anytime soon.
I have wanted one of these for a while and was considering a Ruger Single Six but they are pretty heavy and didnt balance well for me. The heritage felt nicer, more of a classic single six (except for the ridiculous safety..) and was way cheaper. I once I send for a .22 mag cylinder I will review that one too.
My initial impressions are that this is a very nice gun, everything is quality, the handles are good, the bluing is nice, the trigger is pretty awesome, and you got to love the feel cylcing the hammer. I hope I didn't get a lemon accuracy wise, some reviews swear they are tack drivers and others have owners having to file down or bend their sights.

Yeah, it's playing. Pretty good. ( Disregarding the circled shots) it went heart-heart-heart-diaphragm-diaphragm-diaphragm-diaphragm-stomach-R lung-R lung-R lung-R lung-R lung. Dude has problems Walmart green targets, the refuge of the shooters who have to make a last minute purchases because they forgot targets (or at least that's the only time I end up with those).

Thanks, Browning. I've never shot with any other serious gun freaks so I never know where I stack up, good to hear I didn't embarrass myself considering we have some really talented shooters on this board. I need to get my ass in gear for a carbine course!
Funny too, about those targets. Wish I could afford all B27s but after those get torn up I try and get more use out of them.
