Wow. WOW! Hey, there is no such thing as 100% voluntary when asked by a police office due to the nature of their position. I forget the actual term but basically it's coercive use of a position of authority. If someone says theyre a cop people are orders of magnitude more likely to comply.
Sorry, this is disjointed but this isnt a survey, it's a violation of the 4th amendment. Even if it's 100% voluntary you still can do it without a warrant or probable cause.
If this were okay, why don't they stop wasting their time and start going door to door asking for volunteers? What bull.
