MD those radios are at Amazon for about a buck less and free shipping for prime members. I may wait a paycheck and get 2 my self. New Sony ICF-S10MK2 Pocket AM/FM Radio Silver Good catch! Yar, they really work well, and at that price, it is silly not to stock up. Thanks for the heads-up.

Fine. I still remain strongly in the coffee camp, but will admit that, given the above scenarios, tea MAY have a place in a GHB. Not my GHB, but perhaps in others. To NXP: The way you consume instant coffee when no hot water is available? Open packet of coffee. Dump in mouth. Chew. Chase with 1/2 canteen of water. Find something or someone to punch... I must say I do like the mental visual of man sitting by the side of the road, post-apocalypse, brewing a cup of tea. Zombies/raiders appear. Man sighs, places cup of tea on on the ground, slowly rises, dusts off trousers, and then explodes into a whirlwind of shooting, katana wielding death. Work done, man adjusts collar, sits back down, picks up cup of tea and resumes where he left off. That's just...classy!

Could someone please recommend me a high quality but grey man bug out bag around the size of a medium assault pack for under $70? Kelty Bender. They call it a "bicycle pack" or some other nonsense. Not quite as big as a molleII assault pack, but close. 1850 cu in, give or take, the outside flap is great for looping a jacket, bedroll, whatever. Available lots of places online right at the $70 mark. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, thanks MD. Just what I was looking for. I've got a few tactical packs but am valuing grey man for bug out more and more. I'm actually pretty stoked about my concealed AR pistol and G17 setup..just need a IIIA concealable vest and a good backpack and I'm pretty decently set.

Anything that can fold down to 16" will fit in the laptop sleeve of this bag. Also, This Guy has pretty good prices on used vests, if that is the way you want to go. He can't spell so good, but he is an ok guy.
