And Surefire released the XC1. An AAA light that's ultra compact but 200 lumens. It's a super compact pistol light that is intented fro concealed carry. It looks like it will fit on the dust cover on a Glock and not extend past the frame, dust cover or the trigger guard.
Holy crap. I will have one.

Yup, I'll probably be having both them shits as soon as they are launched. That XC1 pistol light looks sick. Time to start stocking rechargeable AAA, because I'm going to be using a lot of them.

Social media that requires a picture to make a post. I like it because it cuts down on the constant "my tummy hurts" posts of facebook. Basically just the interesting stuff with no BS. It's pretty much just a feed of gun and car stuff for me.

God damned kids with their technology!  Those lights sound sweet. I'm not enough of a flashlight guy to justify Surefire costs, Ill likely stick with Streamlight for the foreseeable future. |

I was badgered into FB and IG, the second so I could show off holsters to a customer base that has yet to buy anything. Great way to follow the firearm industry though.

I could see it being useful in a business sense, that's enough justification for me.  Oh yeah. That's nice. Real nice. My TLR1 is fucking massive compared to that thing. I'll probably still roll with the TLR3 on my super shweet new Taurus. Im actually more excited for this pistol than any gun I've had in awhile. |

I own a TLR3 and hate it. Feels chintzy as fuck, and the only time my Glock has ever malfed on defensive ammo was with the TLR3 on the rail. Not sure if it's the light's fault, but it happened. Doesn't have anywhere near the solid feel of all the other Streamlight products I have used. I wouldn't recommend it. On the note of solid Streamlight products, here is my buddies ProTac 2AA that spent 22 days oh the side of the road. He lost it pushing my car back on the road after I put a tire off on Chirstmas day. Went back after a couple solid snowstorms and meltoffs, there it was chilling in the grass. Still worked fine after being snowed on, soaked, refrozen, and all that crazy shit. Kinda wished Id never gave it to him in the first place, but I'd never had seen the unintentional torture test if I hadnt. Was kinda sad to give it back.  The Bic lighter worked too, just had to spin the wheel a few times to scrape the rust off. |

That's pretty impressive for being out there that long. That sucks about the TLR3, I haven't heard good things about it but thought Id roll the dice. I guess Ill just carry the PT111 nekkid with a handheld light for now. Maybe I'll check out the Inforce APL... I just want something small.

Yeah, I'm not sure which I want more, that XC1 or the ALG Glock optics mount. Welp, the only option is both. And the mini hand held. Damn it.
