So sad, he's so checked out. He knows he can't do anything domestically, he refuses to do anything overseas* and he's too daft or cowardly to approach this. It's going to be another 2 years of constant golf course intervention while the world burns. Granted, we didn't start the fire but when it comes to 'Mericans being beheaded it's the presidents duty to protect them or bring the evil doers to justice or Allah.
*I agree to a certain extent, screw overseas interventions, that's how this whole thing started. But as far as taking out these ISIS fools who did this, hell yes.

"Checked out" seems an appropriate phrase. But that's not a bad thing as it also means he's not pushing his party's agenda as forcibly.
As to overseas, I have no problem with not putting boots to the ground. Considering the USAF has the most planes in the world and the USN has the second most then Russia comes in third, just use kinetic reinforcement for those who fight the baddies.

Never understood why paramilitary groups like that try to march and get in formations like a regular military unit. They always seem to stumble and fuck it up making them appear like inept clowns. Doesn't mean they necessarily are, don't need spit and polish to be effective, look at the Chechens or ISIS. Sure makes it look that way.
