Not to mention its a felony to perform surgery without a license. What'd doc11 say again?
I'm a prepper and one of the biggest fears of mine is an injury that requires serious medical care. Why the fuck you talk about doing it in such a cavalier manner is beyond me.
One day I'm going to get to Texas, buy dannus and B35 breakfest, lunch and dinner and have them give me a serious crash course in emergency medical care.

With all the felonies he's racking up I'm sure that he wouldn't want to miss oneYeah, that's pretty freaking stupid. The best part of the program was when he was talking about his homemade either concoction that he made up to anesthetize her, drawing a dotted line on her to simulate where to cut and setting up an operating theater consisting of sheet plastic spread out in a barn with a straw floor I'd teach you what I could. The amount of help you can render with a first aid kit is pretty straight forward.

Yup, B35 nailed it. Don't want to be missing any felonious opportunities. I'm not surprised he's backpedaling as to when the actual firearms handling occurred, and even less surprised the authorities aren't buying that idiocy.
I would say there are certain (rare) instances of it being bullshit that people become felons and get stripped of their rights, but this isn't one of them. B35 said about the guy who chased the uy down with his own rifle "Stupid isn't a crime, but if it was he should have the book thrown at him." I think this is a case of exactly that.

For those people there's this... They can then get their firearms rights restored. He's a sex offender though, so that won't be happening ever.

Interesting, I've heard it was possible but wasn't entirely sure if it was myth. I also haven't been too concerned with looking into it, I'm not a felon. I am by no means saying this guy is a case of somebody who should have rights to firearms, I think we all agree on that. I would agree for the most sex offenders should be barred from rights. There are a couple of ways to become a sex offender I don't really agree with though. Until recently here in CO, public urination was one of them. Again, not this guy though. I find it immoral to grope random drunk chicks in general, groping a drunk 14 year old is just wrong.

I haven't either until this case, it came up on a different forum (1911) and a minority of those MF'ers immediately started talking about arming this guy again. 'Did you [meaning them] not read the part about child rape?'.
Not everyone should have a gun.
That's stupid as fuck that improper drunk urinators should be labeled sex offenders, but that's the word we live in.
On this guy I'm honestly not sure how far he got. It may have been fondling, digital penetration, actually on her or all of the above. I don't know and I don't really want to know. In any case that's pretty sick and he was initially charged with child rape.
Think about it from the victims perspective though. She goes out with friends, they aren't supposed to be drinking but they pimp beer or snag it from one of their parents. It's fun, they're having a good time and it's pretty much a rite of passage (I did that shit when I was 14). She passes out thinking she's safe and wakes up with some freaky fat fuck all over her doing things to her. Every time she ever goes out she's gonna think about that.
I'm pretty much preaching to the choir, but you get what I'm saying.
- For felons where it was an isolated event in an otherwise decent life and it wasn't anything violent or sexual and they make it 5 yrs with no new charges and complete all their court requirements that's another deal altogether.
